My second trial for croissants.

I tried out the croissant recipe again and this time it came out just the way I wanted it.I still need more practice on it though.I can't wait to try out croissants with strawberry jam. I have to admit it took longer than I thought it would take to make them. Croissants are best eaten freshly baked from the oven.

My first quilted cake.

I call it my pillow cake.I like the green and pink combination.I intend to repeat the pattern but in a more elaborate style.

Gift box cake.

This is the second time I am making a gift box cake.I got the inspiration from a picture I saw on  Pretty Little Liars Facebook page. I love the design and decided to make it on a cake. I am yet done with the cake.I just need the ribbon to dry and stay in place then I will take the final pictures.

I made this cake for a client a week ago.Style is simple.I had to combine blue with orange colour and I came up with a colour combination.

OATMEAL COOKIES

I have been waiting for the right time to try out this recipe at long last i have the opportunity. Very nutritious packed with VitaminB's , calcium, iron and VitaminPP. It is delicious and i am glad I tried it out.
